2. Necessary storage
These items are necessary for the expected operation of the site or to honor a choice you explicitly made. They remain active even if you reject optional categories.

site-general-pending-section(sessionStorage, session): helps restore the expected section during certain internal navigations.
3. Preferences
This category is off by default. If you do not enable it, the chatbot still works but its history is not kept across visits.

4. Analytics and marketing
Analytics and Marketing categories are visible in the interface to prepare future integrations, but no corresponding tracker is deposited in the current version of the site.
If that changes, this policy, the banner, and the technical safeguards will be updated before any activation.
5. Updating or withdrawing consent
Consent choices are stored for 6 months and can then be requested again.
You can withdraw consent or edit categories at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawing Preferences consent removes locally stored chatbot history from this browser.
